[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud based electronic signature services
(a) The solution provides configurable user notification of stale signature workflow, notifying user of the status of documents that are in the user's queue for longer than a configurable period;
(b) The solution allows signatures to be applied to documents on a desktop computer (Mac and Windows), a laptop computer (Mac and Windows), Chromebook, an IOS phone, an Android phone, an iPad, or a Tablet;
(c) Portability of document and metadata: Signature stays with the document for future audit and storage, regardless of the software used for the actual signature.
(d) Solution supports API connections to Accela, Laserfishe, 365, and other applications. (e) The system allows for delegated administration via the administration architecture with the option to delegate some or all administrative permissions.
(E) Ability for a user with proper security to set up another user as a Delegate signer to sign documents on their behalf when the user is unavailable (i.e. on vacation).
- SECURITY FEATURES and FUNCTIONALITY
(a) PPI security is in place - Ability to encrypt PPI data at rest and ability to not display all PPI data online.
(b) Solution supports Security Assertion Mark-up Language (SAML).
(c) Can process at a minimum, Doc, Docx, XLS, XLSX, PDF, and JPEG applications.
(d) The repository of signed documents is searchable by document file name, originator, approver(s), signer, date range of signature, and department.
(e) Solution has ability to work with various document storage solutions and environments, including shared servers, Cloud document storage such as OneDrive and SharePoint, other document storage solutions.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 24, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
