[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide housing agency assessment and management advisory and consulting services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- The key operational areas include:
- Administrative Services
- Financial Management
- Housing Program Management
- Voucher Program Management
- Supportive Services Program Management
- Interagency Collaboration
- Internal Auditing
- Operational Auditing
- Transitional Auditing
- Project Planning and Initiation:
- This phase represents the project management component of this engagement. The purpose of this phase is to ensure that project activities will be completed on time
- Discovery:
- In the Discovery phase, the successful firm will obtain the necessary information to produce the Transition Assistance and Assessment Final Report and supporting analyses
- Analysis:
- After completing the on-site component of Phase II, the successful firm’s team will perform a series of analyses of information and data acquired through the discovery phase
- Key Operational Areas: Administrative Services , Financial Management, Housing Program Management, Voucher Program Management, Supportive Services Program Management, Interagency Collaboration
- Reporting: At the conclusion of each component of the analysis, provide interim reporting to leadership to summarize attendant findings and recommendations, obtain feedback, and deliver tools, such as the Stakeholder Prioritization and Alternative Revenue Sourcing Matrices.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
