[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide refuse removal, recycling and disposal services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- The consultant would be responsible for performing a fiscal analysis as well as include an
overall assessment of the plan and recommendations. Supporting information would include an analysis of the impact on economic development related to sports tournaments and the relation to athletic facilities.
- Review concepts and policies of various communities and national organizations including the National Parks and Recreation Association and the Trust for Public Land.
- Review and fill in gaps for the City’s inventory of existing facilities and amenities. The City will provide available data from its GIS system and inventory, but the data may not be current or accurate. The consultant will be required to conduct field research, as needed, to complete and verify inventory of facilities and amenities.
- Review, understand and evaluate the feasibility of various funding sources.
- Listing of all referenced materials and plans reviewed.
- Inventory database of all existing facilities and amenities with detailed descriptions and locations.
- Complete evaluation of draft PROS Plan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 31, 2022.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
