[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and marketing services for development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies, campaigns, and other promotional services.
- Services are expected to increase agency’s SEO and social media presence, effectively target traditional students and nontraditional students and relevant subgroups as identified by the college’s accredited academic offering including Latin, African American, and Asian markets as well as women, veterans, adults with some college, but no degree and first-generation students.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase student enrollment
- Increasing college brand awareness among non-student groups and community influencers
- Ensuring the college’s diversity and students first philosophy are represented
- Supporting the college’s efforts to close the achievement gap while increasing access and student success
- Resources including personnel, management, supplies, materials, equipment, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide a wide range of professional services including:
• Advertising conception, planning, design, development, production, and evaluation
• Media selection, buying, placement and monitoring
• Creative development
• Campaign analytics and data evaluation
• Market research coordination
• National and local market trend analysis
- Development and implementation of a marketing plan focused on achieving agency’s marketing and institutional goals
- Planning, provision, creation and placing of branding, research, advertising, marketing, consulting, creative and digital services.
- Create and implement a customer and student journey engagement plan which increases enrollment, retention, and transfers.
- Develop and design and layouts for digital, print, and collateral materials including, but not limited to, video, brochures, posters, and other materials
- Manage video production services including writing, storyboarding, talent management, shooting, directing, post-production and distribution.
- Provide ongoing insight into local and national market trends, market conditions, competitive spending and demographics and psychographics data changes. Market research coordination.
- Coordinate periodic market research including focus groups, interviews, surveys and compile and analyze results to combine with historical campaign results and industry norms in order to gauge target audience insights and better predict consumer decision-making.
