[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT consultants services with oracle integration experience to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
• Assistance of subject matter experts in oracle customer to meter (C2M) and other related areas to compliment the IT application development (ITAD2) and customer care and field services (CC&FS) staff in implementing and managing future water conservation projects.
• Develop azure data warehouse, BI dashboards, and associated processes to support conservation cross departmental team (CDT) reporting and analysis needs.
• Convert C2M-based manual tests to automated testing based on the selenium platform and web API based testing platform.
• Improve and automate customer segmentation and notification processes to support conservation CDT initiatives which include excessive leaks, trickle notifications, billing, and others.
• Use C2M and AMI to perform other types of data analysis to identify potential conservation opportunities that have been identified in the conservation CDT.
• Automate residential start and stop service via the web portal and the mobile app.
• Migrate component-based rate engine to the new C2M calculation rule-based rate engine.
