[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial and residential real estate appraisal services for long term land leasing and small parcel sales to the government authority located in Nevada.
- To provide appraisal services for City-owned commercial ground leases in preparation for lease at public offerings
- Providing commercial real estate appraisal services for long-term ground leases for retail, office, and industrial developments.
- Appraisal assignments will vary by specific development intent for each parcel. Fees will be negotiated as projects arise.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
