[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accounting services to close the fiscal year-end 09/30/22, 09/30/23, 09/30/24, 09/30/25 and 09/30/26 to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Update the agency’s fixed assets and depreciation schedules (including addition and deletion);
- Review the Fee for Service fee structure for reasonableness at 09/30/22;
- Prepare excess and deficiency of advances schedules for grants;
- Reconciliation of equity for all programs;
- Recon hard and soft cost for capital funds along with line of credit control system (LOCCS) roll-forward analysis;
- Preparation of work-papers for annual audit;
- Prepare adjusted trial balances and year-end closing entries for the period of September 30, 2022;
- Assist in preparing financial statement for all operating programs during year-end closing.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2022
