[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using content management system.
- The website will provide information to the citizens of state and any other person wishing to learn more or be a part of economic development in the state.
- Design a website that has a modern look and feel and incorporates style guide that also includes better visual effects including video and graphs.
- Develop and implement a content management system that provides all functions required to keep the website content updated by designated staff.
- Develop and implement a method of analyzing website traffic both within the site and to external links that allows the agency to understand and assess the site’s effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes and improves SEO.
- Implement Google Analytics and Google tag manager.
- Create subsidy transparency portals.
- Create a better application process for online application forms on the site- this includes, but not limited to grants and business applications.
- Content pages that present meaningful information that can be updated when needed.
- Develop a responsive and optimized website experience for mobile and tablets.
- Phase One: Re-design the entire website and include new logo and branding.
- Phase Two: Match sub-website to the same look and feel of the new main website.
- Phase Three: Create digital marketing graphics that announce our new brand and website redesign on social channels: Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2022.
