[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide electronic distribution cards of benefits services for child support payments to custodial parents with live implementation to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- To provide electronic distribution cards (debit cards) for use as a primary method for distributing child support payments to custodial parents.
- This payment method must offer high customer satisfaction through convenience in accessing funds and account information as well as flexible and responsive customer service.
- The Card shall have PIN and chip technology, magnetic strip technology, and any other current technology available.
- The Card shall be compatible with an operating ATM network as well as point of sale and allow for withdrawal of cash through a normal ATM transaction.
- The Card may operate as a debit card, a stored value card, or another electronic access-type card and must have no line of credit.
- Payments must be processed and credited to the cardholder's account, so funds are available to the cardholder by close of business on the date of state’s payment file deposit to vendor.
- Shall provide marketing assistance to the State for the program in the form of promotional materials, appropriate graphics and logos, web page information, and other forms of promotional items.
