[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fixed route transit fleet turn-over inspection services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- The inspection process will be an on-going process that shall include re-inspections and a final walk-through inspection. Critical defects shall be classified and based on the current requirements and shall serve as a starting point for identifying a set of defects that are more critical than others and shall be cause to remove a vehicle from service.
- A listing of these defects will be reviewed with the contracted inspector, modified if necessary and approved prior to the start of the inspection, and then reviewed again prior to subsequent inspections. Items on the critical list include: bald, badly worn or damaged tires and tires with low air pressure, brake linings worn below minimum standards, inoperative safety equipment such as windshield wipers and washers, headlights, tail lights and brake lights, turn signals, emergency flashers.
- Any other noted defects requiring repairs indicated on the initial inspection report shall be addressed on an item-by-item basis and, at the sole discretion, shall be performed by the prior outgoing contractor or another entity subject to the agency approval.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
