[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technical and computer workforce training and job placement programs to provide technical and computer workforce training and job placement services to impacted by COVID-19 to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Desktop support technician
A. Install, modify, clean and repair monitors, keyboards, mice, central processing units (CPU’s), printers, and other peripherals.
B. Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support for software and hardware.
C. Manage upgrades in software and hardware.
D. Field telephone calls and e-mail messages from customers who are seeking guidance on technical problems.
- Help desk technician - Computer support specialist
A. Customer service skills. Computer support specialists must be patient and sympathetic.
B. Listening skills.
C. Problem-solving skills.
D. Speaking skills.
- Soft skills training - nontechnical skills
A. Interpersonal skills
B. Communication skills
C. Time management skills
D. Team skills
E. Critical Thinking
- Other training activities
A. Occupational training that is designed to meet the special requirements of a business and is conducted with a commitment by the business to continue to employ an individual or individuals upon successful completion of the training.
B. On-the-job training for participants related to the introduction of new technologies, introduction to new production or service procedures, or upgrading to new jobs that require additional skills.
- Key performance indicators
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
