[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide system wide survey assessment service for survey development and deployment services to the government authority located in Nevada.
- Conduct on-site and remote interviews with the mental health task force members, chancellor and cabinet, institutional presidents, faculty, staff, and student leaders to gather insights on current mental health services and practices throughout the system.
- Engage in on-site and remote meetings with the project manager, mental health task force, and system and institution leadership to develop and deploy a system wide survey instrument to increase the amount of system level data to assist system leaders with better understanding the mental health and wellbeing needs of students, faculty, and staff.
- Meet with system administration leadership, project manager, and institutions to discuss survey results and findings, and to develop recommendations in response to those results and findings.
- Present a final report, including survey results, findings, and recommendations to the board of regents, faculty and staff, and student bodies.
- Provide post-report technical assistance and lead further discussions on best practices on implementing report recommendations throughout the system.
- Monthly progress reports are required and will be reported to the chief financial officer and project manager.
- Frequent possibly daily, communication with staff.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 28, 2022
