(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Investigate and examine data, documents, financial records and any other information of insurance companies and other regulated entities.
- Provided for insurance rate hearings, conferences with regulated entities and consultation with the Commissioner or his designee.
- Providing required actuarial reviews per the financial condition examiners handbook and assisting in other areas of the financial examination as necessary, such as reinsurance contract review.
- The number of insurance rate hearings for which the division may need actuarial services is typically between two and ten per year.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for four years.
