BILLING-1799 - USA (Carson, Nevada) - Electronic Distribution of Benefits - Deadline January 12,2023

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic distribution of benefits to the government authority located in Carson, NV. - Provide one or more of the following payment solutions, debit card, direct deposit or other payment network options. - The card shall have pin or chip technology, magnetic strip technology and any other current technology available. - The card shall be a branded VISA or MasterCard, shall operate via the VISA or Mastercard network, shall be accepted by any participating merchant and will allow for pin-based and signature-based purchases. - Provide a schematic or list with locations of all ATM's and branches within the state. - Provide a secure internet-based management tool that will allow Individuals to view financial transaction detail posted to their account, describe how it will work and if available provide a CD or link to a demonstration. - The card shall be compatible with an operating ATM network as well as point of sale (POS) and allow for withdrawal of cash through a normal ATM transaction. - Provide toll-free telephone access to customer service and support that can be accessed seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day.
