(1) Vendor needs to provide forms management solution to modernize these forms into a single format that allows for simple and complex orchestration to increase efficiencies and streamline operations.
- modernized forms would be cloud assessable from a single source
- manual processes would be replaced with electronic orchestration to allow for approvals, queueing, additional metadata and integrations such as SQL and doc composition
- Import of existing forms with multiple formats is ideal, as recreating the amount of forms would be a time consuming process
- Modern forms would need to utilize common logic in fields such as time, calculations and lists with the ability to dictate show and hide relationships, along with the ability to set permissions on individual fields.
- Mobile phone access
- Signature capability
- Ability to do dynamic forms.
