(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive self-insured claims management program service.
- The district requires the services of a qualified and licensed third-party claims administrator that shall manage its self-insured workers' compensation, automobile and general liability programs.
- The district requests the professional services of an agency who shall provide or arrange for the provision of medical and health care services for the district's self-funded workers' compensation program, establish objectives, standards and protocols for such services, organize providers of health care to ensure the availability and accessibility of such services and establish a system that allows for the submission of outcome reports that are necessary to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of delivering medical and health care services to injured employees.
- District requires the services of pharmacy benefit management services that maximize efficiency and reduce costs for the district's self-insured workers' compensation program.
- The district requires the services of a supplier to provide medical bill review and repricing services.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 23, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
