(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health crisis care hub.
- Behavioural health crisis care hub is the integration of various software capabilities and national suicide prevention lifeline functionalities. This solution should allow for interoperability and access between BHCCH, Bed Registry,911, and community providers.
- Unified Call, Chat and Text functionality.
- Personnel, including but not limited to: Clinicians, case managers, administrators, call center staff.
- Case management software with multi-user access, data repository, search criteria (consumer name, phone number, address).
- Access to the reporting platform to view, create, and share reports.
- Customizable user control and user access, with state governance.
- Customizable internal and public facing dashboards using data from multiple data sources.
- Bed Registry: display of bed availability and referral coordination.
- Automatic call time recording.
