- Vendor needs to provide instructor, evaluator, drug tester, case manager services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- A bachelor's degree, or higher
- Conduct the class for the required time allotted for that specific class.
- Instruct the course as assigned with the purpose of providing education to students in the class.
- Instructors are in class to later than 15min prior to the start of the class.
- Ensure all students have checked in for class, signed the class roster of attendance, and received a completion certificate for completing the class.
- Use the materials provided by the municipal court to teach the class. materials may include instruction guides, class handouts, videos.
- Stay in the classroom with the students during the entire class, unless there are two facilitators and one needs to get materials for the students or if staff or another instructor is available to stay in the
classroom for a brief period.
- Conduct class evaluations as determined by alternative sentencing and education supervisor or administrator.
- Attend staffing meetings, unless excused by alternative sentencing and education supervisor or administrator.

-2. Evaluator:
- Licensed alcohol and drug counsellor, certified alcohol and drug counsellor, licensed clinical social worker or any other degree that allows drug and alcohol evaluations to be performed by the degree holder.
- Complete bio or psycho or social substance use evaluations and written reports, to include treatment recommendations, for individuals in custody and out of custody.
- 3. Drug Tester:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Pass background and drug testing.
- Perform direct observation of urine collections, saliva tests and hair tests.
- Thoroughly complete related paperwork.
- Accurately interpret and report results.
- Update Paracelsus, the drug court case management and municipal court's case management system, software and databases, as required.
- 4. Case Manager:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Has knowledge and understanding of substance use and mental health
- Case Management:
- Receiving and responding to calls and emails from defendants regarding proposed schedules and requesting information
- Participate in crisis management situations as need and assigned
- Conduct random drug testing as ordered by the court for defendants, following policy and procedure expectations.
- Complete psycho or social substance use evaluations and written reports, to include treatment
recommendation, for individuals in custody and out of custody.
