Vendor needs to provide international marketing representation services.– Sales representative’s primary role will be to create leisure demand with tour operators, agencies, bed banks– Participate in annual planning to discuss learnings and develop a marketing plan for the upcoming fiscal– Develop a comprehensive 12–month fiscal marketing calendar– Arrange, coordinate, organize, manage and exclusively represent Las Vegas and Authority at travel trade events and trade shows– Develop, organize and conduct sales programs that provide the resort partners the best platform to reach key travel buyers, such as sales missions, roadshows and sales blitzes– Research, recommend, organize, and participate in appropriate tradeshows, industry events and organizations– Develop and conduct travel buyer and tour operator educational programs whether in–person, hybrid or online– Maintain regular contact with top operators, agencies and airlines by means of in–person, hybrid or online meetings, sales calls, correspondence and appropriate communication.– Develop unique sales promotions and booking incentive programs to drive sales and leisure group leads and bookings.– Participate in onboarding destination training sessions with Authority as well as individual sessions with our resort partners.– Support and attend travel industry meetings and events as appropriate.– Support our Public Relations and Digital Engagement teams where appropriate to include Sales Missions, trade shows, flight activations, digital activations and events yet to be determined.– Host, entertain and educate key travel trade customers. (Subject to Authority approval).– Provide support staff during Sales Missions and Trade Shows as appropriate subject to Authority approval– As the core tool of tracking activity, collect client data and provide necessary information to Authority, by utilizing Authority’s proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily basis
