(1) Vendor needs to provide bridge and tunnel inventory and inspection software.– National Bridge Inventory (SNBI), and Emergency Inspection software solutions.– he software solution for emergency inspections shall provide real–time monitoring and management of transportation infrastructure assets during man or natural disasters.– A SasS that facilitates the collection, recording and reporting of both state and federal National Bridge Inspection standards and requirements.– This software shall work seamlessly with bridge inspection software collection in the field or office, to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.– The emergency inspection software shall be SaaS platform developed for real–time monitoring and management of natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes.• Inventory Management: Provide insight into your inventory and monitor the performance of assets.• Schedule Management: Identify bridges that are due for inspections.• Inspection Management: Establishes more transparency so that information is handier for the managers.• Maintenance Management: Helps to continuously monitor maintenance items.
