(1) Vendor needs to provide banking branch services and campus ID card banking services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Provide on–site retail banking branch services.– Include opportunities for agency students and student employees to gain hands–on experience in banking operations through a student–run credit union or other substantial engagement with all aspects of banking operations.– Banking Services: Full–service banking options including mortgage services, loans and lines of credit.– Automated Teller Machines (ATM) Services and on–campus locations: ATM (Automated Teller Machine) transactions must be available through a nationwide network.– RebelCard Services & Tech Specifications: Contractor shall provide the ability to “link” the agency ID cards to bank accounts of the contracting financial institution.– ID Card System – Current Functionality: The ID card (RebelCard) is primarily provided to currently registered students, current employees, paid community members for the agency Wellness Center, and Conference Housing guests and serves the following functions in addition to official identification.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting and site visit will be held on May 2, 2024.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 9, 2024.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
