(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security monitoring services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. – Contractor agrees to use best efforts in the performance of the monitoring services.– The monitoring services are designed to inform the appropriate authorities of observed acts which appear suspect, illegal or likely to cause damage to persons or property found on the monitored property.– Through its dispatch command center or other agreed upon method of notification, contractor agrees to report all emergencies and incidents as soon as possible which occur on, at or about the monitored property to university police services southern command.– Contractor also agrees to provide other reasonable services such as tagging illegally parked vehicles, keeping logs of illegally parked vehicles, reporting maintenance issues and other reasonable requests made by university police services southern command.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 16, 2024.
