The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106–1(b)(1) to CyberNEX Technology, LLC. for CYNNC License and Training services.The contract action is for CYNNC License and Training for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PST, 17 May 2024. will be considered by the Government.
