(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit operations and maintenance service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Provide the best possible public transportation services, leveraging advanced technologies, such as clean energy, predictive analytics and dynamic responsiveness.A) Primary Service Model – Senior Transportation– Paratransit Service– Senior Transportation Service– Vehicle operations and Maintenance, call inquiry, scheduling, dispatching of dedicated and non–dedicated services.B) Secondary Service Model– This model will utilize a total of four accessible transit vehicles allocated for the service, with a minimum capacity of ten or eight passengers if a wheelchair is on board.C) Other Services– Maintain written and verbal communications with agency.– Immediately report to the agency any Incidents, including passenger accidents, or any other non–routine event or operational deviation– Provide properly trained, qualified personnel having the management, operation, and vehicle maintenance expertise necessary to operate the paratransit services, non–dedicated services, senior transportation services and administer personnel matters regarding the contractor's employees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2024.
