(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic control support staff services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Provide up to forty (40) personnel per shift/event day, including supervisors, with a minimum of one (1) week notice prior to the event for staffing preparation.– Staff must have at least one (1) year of experience in traffic control for large events or conventions in county– Recruitment, Training, and Deployment• Recruit, test, train, and schedule temporary traffic staffing as required.• Ensure all staff are fully qualified and competent in performing traffic control duties safely.• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding traffic control and safety.• Develop staffing schedules based on detailed needs provided by agency Traffic Manager.• Coordinate work activities with the agency Traffic Manager or designated representative.• Deploy trained traffic control staff to manage intersections, parking lots, and pedestrian crossings.• Deploy sufficient personnel to manage all critical areas including entrances, exits, pedestrian crossings, and parking lots.• Ensure staff are positioned at key locations to guide traffic and ensure safe pedestria(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
