(1) Vendor needs to provide classroom refresh services to the government authority located in Nevada.– Refresh of classrooms C–114 and C–118 at the campus.– Consists of a tenant improvement in rooms 114 and 118 to the campus.– A majority of the work may be required to be performed during the daylight hours and over weekends.– The security office maintains current after–hours phone numbers for facilities management staff.– Maintain emergency exits from existing building during construction.(2) Mandatory site walk will be held on June 24, 2024.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 27, 2024.
