(1) Vendor needs to provide planning consultant and support services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.• Land use and transportation planning.• Corridor studies and master plans.• Statewide and area modal plans.• Demographic or equity analysis.• Planning policy analysis.• Travel behavior analysis or congestion mitigation planning.• Planning–level scoping and alternatives analysis.• Safety analysis and inspection.• Sustainability analysis and planning.• Alternative fuel corridor planning, including heavy duty and diesel emissions.• State planning and research.• Transportation alternatives program.• Planning and environment linkages.• Recreational trails program.• Planning for emerging technologies.• Metropolitan planning organization coordination.• County and tribal consultation.• Resource agency and environmental impact statement coordination.• Statewide transportation improvement program.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 05, 2024.(3) A contract period will be for five years.
