(1) Vendor needs to provide cash and investment management services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.– Invest agency available funds on a discretionary basis within the parameters of applicable state revised statutes, the agency investment policy, bond covenants, and director of finance’s direction.– Monitor trade and transaction settlements.– Send to the director of finance trade and transaction tickets, security descriptions, and investment accounting information for all purchases, sells, maturities, calls and interest transactions.– Send to the Director of Finance trade and transaction information to agency custodian.– Provide to the Director of Finance brief explanation and justification of buys and sells.– Reconcile all daily investment activity with the agency custodian.– Provide to the director of finance a summary monthly investment report.– Reconcile the manager’s investment accounting system to custodian’s audited monthly reports for each portfolio in the total portfolio. reconcile reports of any separate investment managers to agency custodian.– Provide interest earning reports to director of finance for investment Pool’s monthly interest allocation report.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on June 27, 2024.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2024. (4) The contract term will be three years.
