(1) Vendor needs to provide cash and investment management services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.– Invest available funds on a discretionary basis within the parameters of applicable Revised Statutes, the Investment Policy, Bond Covenants, and Director of Finance’s direction.– Monitor trade and transaction settlements.– Send to the Director of Finance trade and transaction tickets, security descriptions, and investment accounting information for all purchases, sells, maturities, calls, and interest transactions.– Provide Finance brief explanation/justification of buys and sells.– Provide Finance a summary Monthly Investment Report.– Provide Finance a Monthly Detail Report within six days of the end of the month. The Monthly Detail Report is a comprehensive investment accounting, analytic, compliance and performance report.– Provide realized gains and losses report on the sale of assets during the month.– Provide detailed billing information which allows to easily identify and verify the calculation of the fees charged for services rendered.– Provide a list of approved broker/dealers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2024.(3) Contract period will be for three years.(4) An optional Pre–Proposal Meeting will be held on June 27, 2024.
