(1) Vendor needs to provide coursework development, implementation and technical assistance services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. – Perform comprehensive assessments of owners' needs and potential barriers to development.– Develop customized coursework and technical assistance, both in face–to–face and online formats, to address identified needs and overcome barriers.– Prepare supplementary materials such as handouts, booklets and worksheets to support the coursework.– Implement the developed coursework and provide technical assistance to participants.– Create a detailed timeline and format for the delivery of coursework and technical assistance.– The total budget for the project, inclusive of coursework development, technical assistance provision, and associated travel expense.– Collaborate with relevant city employees to provide subject matter expertise where necessary, such as in planning, permitting, licensing and economic development(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2024.
