(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.• Monitor the general health care and safety needs of all individuals residing at DRC ICF.• Provide physical assessments of persons served of the ICF.• Provide treatment orders and prescriptions for the persons served.• Review and follow up on consultations and laboratory and consultation reports.• Provide annual recertification assessments as required by CMS.• Provide feedback to the nurses regarding treatment plans and findings.• Follow–up and provide feedback to the nurses regarding treatments and outcomes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2024.
