(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan service– Review Early Childhood related systems work including needs assessments, reports, studies, existing plans, and other documents and definitions such as vulnerable populations.– Develop, plan, facilitate, and execute a agency retreat for the next strategic plan and facilitate team building and cross–collaboration between diverse entities and include these expenses in the proposed budget– Analyze Early Childhood related systems work including needs assessments, reports, studies, and other documents. Maintain alignment to ongoing early childhood systems work in the early childhood sectors (health, education, family, and community supports) to provide recommendations and connections to inform the strategic plan development. – Create a plan to specifically include families and parents with young children as decision makers in the process.– Create a plan to engage diverse community and agency organizations, including but not limited to voices from vulnerable and underrepresented populations, the early childhood workforce, and early childhood systems partners.– Provide opportunities to early childhood systems community partners and families to give ongoing feedback about the development of the strategic plan– Review Current Strategic Plan– Review Subcommittee Workplans– Review On–Strategy data system.– Facilitate a Strategic Plan Development Period– Develop agency Strategic Plan 2025–2027(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2024.
