EXTRA-43108 - USA (Carson City, Nevada) - Prison Population Study Services - Deadline August 5,2024

(1) Vendor needs to provide prison population study services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.– Projections shall be accompanied by population trace vectors to include population movement from adjudication to prison, from parole to prison, from prison to parole, from prison to discharge, and from parole to discharge– Background information on ten–year population projections, national averages, population, crime rate, and other factors that contribute to the calculations– Reports must include a section on the accuracy between population and projection of the prior year’s report. Trends in admission between male and female populations, trends in parole release rates, trends in length of stay, key population assumptions, including future release rates, future admission counts, and future parole revocation, and parole violators– A comprehensive, professional narrative report analysing trends in the criminal justice system by offense groups, categories, length of stay and sentence, and of laws and practices that affect prison stays and judicial decisions shall accompany the projections(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2024.(3) Contract term will be four years.
