(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based statewide homeless application service for Android, iOS, desktop.– Implement a user–friendly cloud–based web app (Android, iOS, desktop) to easily connect homeless youth and their families with resources to access services– Implementation, testing, production, bug fixes, hosting, and maintenance.– Deploying the Network on the Application– Initiate the planning, approval, and implementation of software customizations– Configuration of services for network members followed shortly by facilities personnel– Statewide homeless app and service provider referral network– Provide contact information for providers to report technical issues and to obtain customer service respectively with the platform within its desktop and mobile platforms.– Alert via email service providers at the State–prescribed interval when service provision availability updating time standards are violated– Alert via email service providers at the State–prescribed interval when service provision availability updating time standards are violated(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 23, 2024.(3) Contract term will be four years.
