THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE; THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED AND OFFERS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.The Nevada Air National Guard Contracting Office intends to enter a Firm Fixed–Price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106–1(b)(1)(i), under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) with Forum Communications Systems Inc. The contract is for supplies and services for the 152 AW/OG/CS to receive one secondary crash net operations system repair/replacement due to damages. System is utilized in the event of an airfield related emergency crisis, i.e., in–flight emergency, on base crash and severe weather warnings. The alert system is required as per DAFMAN13–204V3 and DAFMAN13–204V2. The system is currently existing on the base and existing interoperable equipment is intended to be re–utilized. This will be a small business procurement under NAICS Code 3
