(1) Vendor needs to provide matching funds for qualified project to the government authority located in Nevada.– Applicants for a project that assists people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.– Provides matching funds of up to $100,000,000, and no less than $75,000,000 to be used by one lead participant exclusively for the acquisition, construction, installation, and equipping of a qualified project.– Facilities designed, developed and operated to provide comprehensive, sustainable and compassionate support services. – To assist individuals and families overcome the barriers created by homelessness, find housing stability and achieve their full potential, while at the same time allowing them the opportunity to contribute to the economy of this state and participate in its workforce.– Provide a private or nonprofit capital investment of not less than 75,000,000 and the total cost of the project shall not be less than $150,000,000;– Increase the workforce in this state by helping those persons experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless to transition from experiencing homelessness or being at risk of homelessness to being economically self–sufficient.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2024.
