(1) Vendor needs to provide international marketing representation services.– Participate in annual planning to discuss learnings and develop a marketing plan for the upcoming fiscal.– Develop, organize and conduct sales programs that provide the best platform to reach key travel buyers, such as sales missions, roadshows and sales blitzes.– Research, recommend, organize, and participate in appropriate tradeshows, industry events and organizations that educate travel buyers and provide exposure.– Develop and conduct travel buyer and tour operator educational programs whether in–person, hybrid or online.– Develop unique sales promotions and booking incentive programs to drive sales and leisure group leads and bookings.– Host, entertain and educate key travel trade customers. – Develop a comprehensive 12–month fiscal marketing calendar.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
