Vendor needs to provide parking consultant services to the government authority located in Nevada.– This will include revenue projections and expense projections across all parking operations to include enforcement, parking garages, surface parking, on–street parking and event parking.– Recommendations for improvement to parking operations to enhance revenues and reduce expenses without compromising quality of service.– Recommendations for improvements to customer service across the entire operation.– Individual facility recommendations as needed to support decision making for new parking garages such as optimum locations, timelines and potential revenue structures.– High level analysis of the parking rate market with suggestions for changes to city parking rate structures.
