(1) Vendor needs to provide federal lobbyist services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.– Provide services to the city that assist with the city's efforts to research, make application for and secure federal funding, as well as assist the city's efforts to transfer federal lands to the city.– Attend all organizational planning and program activities that have a bearing on the city’s ability to make the best use of federal programs– Review federal executive proposals, legislation under consideration, proposed and adopted administrative rules and regulations and other developments for the purpose of advising the city of those items which may affect the City.– In the event of a state or national pandemic, the Consultant will advise the city on all federal decisions, stimulus bills, and procedures that have direct effect on the city.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2025
