(1) Vendor needs to provide bad debt collections services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Bad debt collection services for self‐pay balances– Includes: providing outgoing dialing campaigns, email and text messaging when appropriate, establishing and managing payment arrangements, answering questions related to statements and fielding calls for account audits and charge disputes.– Provide for collection agency intervention in an effort to collect medical bills determined tobe uncollectible.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2024.
