(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record and billing system.– System shall:– Automate claim submission to agency, with built–in validation checks to reduce errors before submission– Medicaid billing for school–based providers is not designed with LEAs in mind, leading to claim denials, administrative inefficiencies, and lost reimbursement opportunities.– System shall employ industry–standard encryption protocols for data at rest and in transit, enforce strict role–based access controls, and incorporate multi–factor authentication to prevent unauthorized access– Provide encounter and reimbursement reporting.– Provide a detailed description of its approach to data anonymization and de–identification methodologies utilized in report generation.– Implement and maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure that all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) remains protected and is not exposed through reporting tools.– Enable user–friendly trend analysis.– Establish a dedicated help desk with real–time user support available via phone, email, and chat.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
