(1) Vendor needs to provide IBM hardware, software, and managed and professional services to the government authority located in Nevada.– Provide support for the State IBM products and platforms.– New hardware, software, services, and continued maintenance of IBM products and platforms that support multiple State– Professional support and services for IBM products and platforms.– IT Field Service staff for installation and technical support services for IBM products and platforms.– Assist with vendor coordination to provide consulting services and technical assistance.– Migration services.– Assist with equipment refreshes.– Details regarding their customer service and support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 6, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
