(1) Vendor needs to provide market research, communications, environmental education, public education, and facilitation service to the government authority located in Stateline, NV.• Public Opinion Research– Research firms to design and administer three statistically valid public opinion telephone surveys regarding awareness and perceptions of environmental initiatives– Design three surveys consisting of up to 50 total questions each, including key questions on awareness, attitudes, and priorities– Implement three surveys for full–time residents, seasonal residents, and surrounding communities• Agency Wide Communications, Environmental Education, and Public Outreach– Communications professionals or firms to help with community engagement, graphic design, social media content, and other environmental education and outreach support as needed• Forest Health, Wildfire, and Evacuation Outreach and Public Education– Help the Agency and partners with community engagement, graphic design, social media content, website design, and other public education support specifically for forest health, wildfire, defensible space, and emergency evacuations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 29, 2025.
