[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide drug testing services for targets non-violent offenders who have serious addictions to drugs, alcohol, mental illness, professional treatment services to these offenders as a positive alternative to incarceration, and opportunity to break their cycle of substance use and criminal recidivism through rehabilitation, an essential component of this is drug testing to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 22, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 21, 2018.
(4) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
