(1) Vendor needs to provide customer queue system that must allow the user to log-on through a cell phone, tablet, internet or other web-based device like MS, Mozilla, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari browsers.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 22, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be two years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
