(1) Vendor needs to provide salary and compensation consulting services to review and recommend salary options for its academic faculty and administrative faculty, consultant with expertise in employee
compensation that can provide salary equity options supported by fact driven analysis, should also prioritize adjustments among the faculty salaries in the anticipation that funds are not available for making every salary adjustment immediately to the government authority located in Bellingham, NV.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 1, 2018.
