[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cultural GIS data clean-up and updates services for the non-personal services for the Targeted Clean-Up of BLM Carson City District cultural resource data files
Task 1: Verifying, Correcting, and Adding BLM Cultural Resource Data
Task 2: Creation of Digital Scans of all Cultural Resource Reports and Associated Documents - documents are used to verify or correct data in the internal GIS database, the records missing from the BLM-CCDO digital archive will be scanned, using Government-furnished equipment, to create a digital record
Task 3: Produce a Final Record of all Completed Project Work
Task 4: Digitize and Verify CCDO Hardcopy Inventory/Site Maps- Digitize, as necessary, and verify all data contained on CCDO’s hardcopy inventory and sites maps into internal database, to print a new set of hardcopy reference maps to the government authority located Carson City, NV.
(2) This bid is Set Aside for Total Small Business.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
