(1) Vendor needs to provide Legal Services for MIXED FINANCE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS from
qualified, law firms with experience in HUD program transactions utilizing public housing
capital funds and low-income housing tax credits (“LIHTC”) and other mixed finance funds to the government authority located Las Vegas, NV.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than August 8, 2018.
(3) A Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
