Vendor needs to provide global tourism summit venues services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Evolving from the governor’s conference on tourism, this two and ½ (2-1/2)-day meeting brings together members of the tourism industry representing lodging properties, attractions, destination marketing organizations, tour operators, transportation companies, the media and others interested in the tourism industry.
- Host hotel/venue also will have an opportunity to be showcased to the more than 60 tour operators, travel agents, airline executives and media representing the state’s key international markets who will attend the conference as part of a familiarization tour and participate in the popular sales and media marketplace events.
- State-only trade show and media marketplace has become a must-attend business development opportunity for tourism entities seeking international and domestic visitation and conference will feature general sessions provided by leaders and experts in the global tourism arena, as well as, educational breakout sessions.
- TravelNevada prefers a venue that offers meeting space that is all on one floor and is as private as possible and seeks a venue partner that will propose creative ideas and ways to make the Summit more compelling for attendees.
- TravelNevada’a goal is to provide attendees with an engaging, educational and memorable conference and seeks a venue partner that will propose creative ideas and ways to accomplish that goal.
- Approximately 300-350 delegates will be in attendance.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
