[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide permitting software.
- TRPA will need to process applications for up to 10,847 unique moorings; the preferred solution will provide an easy-to-use, simple customer interface for customer account creation and maintenance, and the electronic application submittal.
- Preferred solution will provide easy-to-use tools and checklists for TRPA planners to review applications, preferred solution will include tools for electronic mail notifications to applicants, as well as internal email notifications to planners when applications are assigned to them, or additional documents have been provided by the applicant.
- Preferred solution will be capable of invoicing required fees, processing credit card payments (3rd party CC processing is acceptable) for the payment of application fees, annual registration payments and renewals, and late fees.
- Preferred solution will produce automated permits from the system with all required content from the application and review process transferred onto the permit.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
